There's a reason the AIR4ORCE tunable intake system was named, 2012 Product of the Year, by Transworld Motocross magazine—because it works.

The AIR4ORCE provides more horsepower by increasing the volume over a stock airboot and then allows you to tune the power delivery to suit track conditions or rider preference via interchangeable velocity stacks. There's simply nothing else like it out there, which is why you see it being run by many of the top racers and teams.

THE AIR4ORCE STORY…

The decision to enter the four-stroke market was not taken lightly. It was immediately clear that as a company, Moto Tassinari wanted to continue to build on the success of the VForce3 reed valve system. We wanted to offer a product to the racing community that they would in turn feel was an essential part of their engine performance and on-track success. Much like the VForce3 reed valve system has been previously. We feel we didn't disappoint and we're confident you'll agree.

The AIR4ORCE tunable intake system has received 1000's of hours of development and fine-tuning to bring you the the highest level of performance, while also allowing a simple straight forward installation. Every characteristic of the AIR4ORCE has been taken into consideration, a fact you'll notice as soon as you open the box. We hope you enjoy the new AIR4ORCE tunable intake system as much as we enjoyed developing it from a concept on the drawing table, to a vital part of a winning motorcycle.

WHAT ARE VELOCITY STACKS?

The most unique feature of the AIR4ORCE tunable intake system is the ability to fine-tune the power delivery via interchangeable velocity stacks. However that concept might be a little unfamiliar for some not as experienced with four-stroke motor performance. We'll do our best to explain the concept below:

A velocity stack is a device of differing lengths which is fitted to the air entry of an engine's intake system, carburetor or fuel injection. It is designed to:

—Allow smooth and even entry of air at high velocities into the intake tract with the flow stream adhering to the pipe walls.
—Modify the dynamic tuning range of the intake tract by functioning as a resonating pipe which can adjust the frequency of pressure pulses, based on its length, within the tract.
