DISCLAIMER for International Orders

Duties and Taxes: Import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are not included in the product price or shipping and handling cost and it will be collected upon delivery from the carriers for certain packages. These charges are recipient’s responsibility as we are only charging the transportation fee for the packages. You may check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be.

q: Can you provide a shipping quote?

If you’d like an exact shipping quote right to your door, the best way to find out is to place the item(s) in your cart and then start the checkout process and enter your address. After doing so, shipping options and charges will appear.

 
q: Can you ship to a different address from the billing address?

No. We require the billing and shipping address to match on all orders, without exception. Also the name on the credit card, must also match the name provided for the billing address and all orders ship to the billing address only. If you place an order without matching addesses, we will either automatically cancel your order or contact you. However the order will not be processed.

 
q: What is the free shipping method?

For orders that qualify for free shipping, we will chose the shipping method that will offer the quickest service to your location. The carrier of choice will either be UPS, USPS or FedEx. When your order ships you will automatically receive an email that will allow you to easily track the status of your shipment online.

 
q: How quickly will my order ship?

Domestic orders for in stock items received by 1pm (E.S.T.) will ship within one business day. Domestic orders placed after 1pm, over the weekend or on holidays will ship the following business day. For international orders please add an additional day to the above. In the unlikely event an item is out of stock you will be notified immediately.

 
q: How long will it take to receive my order?

Domestic orders ship via FedEx and USPS. Both services offer cross country service in 5 business days. Most international orders will be received within 14-21 business days. However we have experienced major delays upwards of 4-6 weeks for orders being shipped to South Asia and Australia. Please keep these shipping guidelines in mind when ordering. We suggest if your order is time sensitive you do not place an order through our online store, as we can make absolutely no guarantees of shipping time frames and/or delivery dates.

 
q: Do you offer express shipping?

Yes we do. We offer several FedEx services for US orders only, via our online store such as 3 Day, 2nd Day Air, Next Day Air Saver, Next Day Air, Next Day Early AM.

 
q: Do you ship to freight forwarders?

No we do not. Due to the high incidence of fraud, orders placed via our online store with a shipping address to a freight forwarder will be deleted. The customer may or may not be notified.

 
q: How can I track my order?

At the time of shipment a tracking number will be generated and sent to your email address for you to track at your convenience. You may also check the status of an order placed online by signing into your account.
